Well...its been quite a while since I have updated this blog. A lot has happened since that last post. Bert has come home (and left for a year and come home again), we both started CrossFit at CrossFit SoCal, and now I work there, too! I am so grateful CrossFit and CFSC have come into my life. Life in general is good. Lay is 8 now and Ebby is 6 which I cannot quite believe. The good news is that they still have the energy of puppies! I'll get to everything else over time.
